1. What is the difference between a Notary and a Commissioner of Oaths?
A Commissioner of Oaths can witness signatures and administer oaths, affirmations, or declarations on legal documents. A Notary Public can do the same but also has additional authority, such as certifying true copies of a document such as:

2. How much does it cost to have a document commissioned?
The fee for administering an oath, affirmation, or declaration on a document is $25 per signature and $15 for every subsequent page or copy of commissioned pages.
3. What is the cost for notarizing a document?
The fee for notarizing a document, such as certifying a true copy, is $25 per document. If you’re looking to have a document drafted and additionally Notarized it’s $80.
4. Can you commission affidavits and statutory declarations?
Yes. I can commission affidavits, statutory declarations, and other sworn documents for legal, business, or personal purposes.
5. Do you prepare legal documents?
Yes. As a Commissioner of Oaths and Notary, I can draft and prepare them for you. But if you have the document please upload it to be Commissioned or Notarized.
6. How much does it cost for a Separation or Cohabitation Agreement?
The fee is $80 per agreement.
7. What identification do I need?
You must upload a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence, passport, or permanent resident card). You must also have the ID available during the Zoom call for verification.
8. Can you witness consent letters for children travelling abroad?
Yes. I can witness and commission travel
consent letters for children under 18 who are travelling without both parents.
